Watch Jessica Care Moore, Poet, Playwright, and Producer, share how she took her love of language to create a career that has taken her from her native Detroit to stages around the world. Her big break came when she won Showtime at the Apollo five times straight until they "retired" her at age 22 as an Apollo Legend. She collaborates with other artists and produces “Black Women Rock” concerts and publishes poetry through Moore Black Press.
