As a manager, she feels adaptability and humility are the two most important traits that girls should be developing to be successful. Being adaptable makes you a valuable team member and having humility means that you have great respect for everyone around you, no matter how different they may be from you. Her advice to girls is to surround yourself with good people. Make sure they push you to do your best and you do the same for them.
