Instruction Reform Facilitator, SFUSD
Kelly Clark is an Instruction Reform Facilitator (IRF), which falls under the umbrella of improvement science. As an IRF, she works to put systems and structures into place to support the closing of the achievement or opportunity gap at a very high needs under-performing school in San Francisco. Before being an IRF, Kelly was a classroom teacher-educator committed to ideas balanced with and in equity, social, and racial justice; she has written curriculum and facilitated workshops focused on children’s literature, and maintains a keen focus on serving children, families, and communities. Kelly is a San Francisco Teacher of the Year.
