Nathalia Ayub Nkya

Nathalia is a 2021 Fellow in the U.S. Department of State Community Solutions Program.

As the director and founder of Boresha Elimu, Nathalia supports the academic development of young high school girls through career guidance, mentorship and designing leadership skills courses. Through her work, Nathalia seeks to empower young girls in her communities to take up leadership roles and create their own destinies.

Nathalia earned her BA in Sociology as a graduate from University of Dar Es Salaam Tanzania.
