Career Girls is proud to celebrate the over 800 accomplished and diverse women Role Models who impact girls worldwide. Career Girls Role Models work in hundreds of careers and share what they do at work and what they like best about it! They also talk about their education, the challenges they’ve overcome, and even who their heroes are. But, most importantly, they’re here to inspire you in setting your college and career goals and to help you succeed in achieving them.

Career Girls Role Models empower girls through honest and educational advice. Our Role Model Advice videos provide girls worldwide with impactful tips on succeeding in their future careers.

Career Girls is proud to highlight female college students and share their experiences and advice on making the most of your college experience.

Career Girls Virtual Camps welcome up to 480 girls a year. Campers represent an international group of girls aged 10-15. The Superstar Camper Award celebrates the camper who has demonstrated excellent attendance, participation, and teamwork throughout Career Girls Virtual Camps.

Career Girls Empowerment videos offer our audience valuable Role Model insights. Educators and students use this resource to gain insight and guidance on soft skills and career topics. Each Empowerment Video includes a discussion guide, classroom lesson plan, printable activity, and group activity.

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. There are hundreds of STEM careers, and STEM is part of almost everything around us. So whatever you can dream about doing, chances are there’s a STEM career to make it come true.

The Career Girls Award celebrates the girl who best encompasses the Career Girls mission. Career Girls is founded on the dream that every girl around the world has access to diverse and accomplished women role models — to learn from their experiences and to discover their own path to empowerment. We invited girls aged 10-15 to submit an essay about how Career Girls has empowered them to pursue their goals, whether in education, a future career, or work they have done in their community.

Career Girls interacts with girls, educators, and supporters around the world across our social media platforms. Career Girls Ambassador of the Year acknowledges the social media rockstar who loves spotlighting Career Girls on her social media channels.

Over the years, Career Girls has received tremendous support from hundreds of women who donate their time and resources to support Career Girls Virtual Camps. The Career Girls Virtual Camp Champion Award celebrates the women who have significantly impacted girls attending our camps.

Career Girls Club is a 20-week in-school program designed for students to understand better career possibilities and the soft skills required for success. The Career Girls Club Award celebrates the school that has continued to embrace the program and serves as a model partner for the Career Girls Club community.

Career Girls Day is a 1-day in-school program that gives students a chance to interact with career role models and develop a greater understanding of career possibilities and the level of education and soft skills required for success. The Career Girls Day Award celebrates the school that has embraced the program and serves as a model partner for the Career Girls Day community.

Career Girls uses animation as a learning tool for students worldwide. Animation is an effective learning tool, as it turns abstract concepts into something tangible and relatable. Animation helps us to understand each career better.
