Watch Nanami Kono, a clinical research associate in Tokyo. She monitors research projects in different hospitals and clinics throughout Japan. She is also the founder of Ready&, which empowers high school girls by showing them different possibilities for their future careers. The most rewarding part of her work with Ready& is helping the students to see opportunities for themselves that they hadn’t seen before. Her advice to girls is to know what is most important to you and to pursue it regardless of what someone else may think.
