Watch Rachel Kolesnikov Lindsey, a Major in the United States Air Force. She works with start-ups and small companies in her current role, helping them work with the Department of Defense. The most rewarding part of her job is exploring new places and learning new skill sets due to frequent job and location changes. Rachel says that girls should consider a career in the military because there are so many different roles to fill. You get an education, job training, and a chance to see the world. Her advice to girls is to be your own advocate, learn to solve problems, and be the driver in your life.
