Rachael Esperanza has been working at Google since 2006. She's a seasoned Team Development Consultant and Career Guru, who has expertise in developing high performing teams and coaching individuals to grow into effective leaders across all levels and various challenges. Most of her Google career, she was a People Partner (~9 years) and had the privilege of helping develop and grow the People Ops organization. She's been exposed to just about anything and everything in the people arena and has experience in a full gamut of business needs, including but not limited to, organizational development, change management, facilitation, conflict management, career coaching, and team building. In her current role at Google as a Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Business Partner, she connects Alphabet businesses with REWs to enable strategic real estate decisions that empower businesses to thrive. Rachael has experience being a trusted advisor to leaders in both human resources and real estate matters.
