Suzanne Bowles is Strategic Partnerships Specialist for Career Girls, where she builds multisector partnerships to expand opportunities for girls to explore careers, build confidence, and connect with inspiring women role models. She is also an Impact Philanthropy Advisor with more than 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, community development, and resource development always interested in moving resources to those who most need them.

Suzanne has worked in youth development throughout her career, from community-based prevention and youth programming in Massachusetts to international work advancing opportunities for women and girls, including leading strategic partnerships for Tostan across three sister interested in supporting organizers in Africa. At Career Girls, she hopes to bring these experiences together to build lasting partnerships among businesses, philanthropy, schools, and communities—creating more pathways for girls to discover their strengths, encounter new possibilities, and see themselves reflected in the careers shaping their communities and the future.
