Watch Dr. Lavinia Middleton, M.D., Professor of Pathology at MD Anderson Cancer Center, discuss her work in making diagnoses to help direct the treatment of patients. She tells us about her childhood experiences using the scientific method to predict the behavior of ants after they have been on a record turntable. Dr. Middleton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Yale University before attending Medical School at George Washington University. She did her Pathology Residency at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), prior to starting her Fellowship in Pathology at MD Anderson.
