Watch Tiffany Chen, Manager of Human-Machine Interaction Research at Toyota Research Institute. She leads a team of researchers working to improve the performance and safety of self-driving cars. The most rewarding part of her job is working directly with the customers and seeing how her work improves their quality of life. Tiffany says that girls should consider a career in robotics because it's an exciting field with many different roles to fill depending on your interests. Her advice to girls is to determine what you love to do and stay open to new opportunities.
