Bio
Watch Pam MacKinnon, Tony Award winner, and the Artistic Director of American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She oversees all theater productions, including working with directors, designers, and cast members. The most rewarding part of her job is working together with talented artists to create something new. Pam says that girls should consider a career in theater because there are so many different jobs that you can do, depending on what interests you. Her advice to girls is to find out what compels you and have the courage to pursue it.
