Watch Suzanne Basalla, Chief of Staff at Toyota Research Institute. She and her team work on developing new technologies and support systems for older adults to improve their quality of life. She finds it very rewarding to be part of a company working to make the world a better place. Suzanne says that girls should consider a career in national security because the decisions that are made for our country must reflect the diversity and values of everyone. Her advice to girls is to be confident in the path that you choose and look forward to what’s ahead.
