Watch Janelle Sasaki, Director of EY Japan. She works with women athletes to help them transition to their second careers in business and entrepreneurship. The most rewarding part of her work is mentoring the next generation of women to inspire others and helping them to develop their leadership skills. Janelle says that girls should consider a career in diversity and inclusion because it is so rewarding to empower others and speed up gender equality. Her advice to girls is to know what motivates you and what challenges you, which will help you find your path to success.
