Watch Eleni Gabre-Madhin, Founder and Chief Executive of blueMoon, Ethiopia’s first youth agribusiness incubator. She and her team provide guidance and seed money to help people with ideas for start-up businesses. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people to make their dreams become a reality. Eleni says that girls should consider a career in economics because there are many different areas that you can focus on based on your interests. Her advice to girls is to believe in yourself and find something that you love to do.
