Watch Victoria Close, the Founder, and Designer of Biku Designs Jewelry in Tokyo. She collects forgotten vintage Japanese kimonos and repurposes them into one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. What she finds most rewarding about her work is creating new things and overcoming her challenges as an entrepreneur. Victoria says that girls should consider entrepreneurship because it gives them flexibility and the freedom to live the life they want. Her advice to girls is don't let anyone say that they can't do it.
