Bio
Watch Dr. Doriane Miller, M.D., Internist, Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Center for Health and Vitality, University of Chicago School of Medicine, share how her love of science and desire to help people inspired her to become a physician. Although her grandmother wasn't able to finish school growing up, she was a strong believer that education would be the key to improving the quality of life for her family. She even went back to school in her 50s to get her elementary school diploma just as Dr. Miller was entering kindergarten.
