Watch Yoadan Tilahun, the Owner and Managing Director of Flawless Events, an event management agency in Ethiopia. She and her team design and produce events for private companies, government offices, and international and local organizations. The most rewarding part of her work is the satisfaction of seeing her clients’ vision for their event come to life. Yoadan says that girls should consider a career in event management if they have strong communication and project management skills and enjoy paying attention to details. Her advice to girls is to do the best you can in everything you do and have fun along the way.
