Watch Elizabeth Kalitsiro, tech manager at mHub in Malawi, share how in her job she is also a team leader for a girls coding club where they seek to empower girls with skills in technology. She wants girls to understand that today, coding is just as important as being able to read and write. As she trains young girls how to develop mobile apps and entrepreneurship skills, she feels like she’s giving them the passion to understand how beautiful it is to be in ICT.
