Watch Sylvia Norman, Ph.D., Molecular Biologist, share how her consulting business creates diagnostic tests for Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical companies to develop better treatments for certain cancers and other diseases. Growing up on a dairy farm, she was the first person in her family to go to college. She already owns several patents, and her goal is to grow her company globally- especially in South America and Asia. She encourages girls to consider careers in science. It's a fun and exciting field, making new discoveries and collaborating with people from around the world.
