Bio
Watch Anne Nishimura Morse, Senior Curator of Japanese Art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She manages a collection of over 100,000 works of art from Japan, from archeological discoveries to contemporary works. The most rewarding part of her job is sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge about art and Japanese culture. Anne says that girls should consider being a curator if they enjoy museums and art because there are many different jobs available depending on their interests. Her advice to girls is to know that opportunities often come in unexpected ways and to be open to them.
