Bio
Watch Caitlin McKeon Staples, Technical Services and Technology Librarian at the Westborough Public Library in Massachusetts. In her role, she handles all the new materials that come in, makes sure they are correctly entered into the computer system, and is also responsible for all building technology. The most rewarding part of her job is helping people by answering their questions, teaching them how to use technology, and finding the information they need. Caitlin says that girls should consider a career as a librarian because it offers many possibilities for people who are curious, creative, and love to learn. Her advice to girls is to be persistent, life will throw challenges at you but believe in yourself, and you will get through them in the end.
