Watch Michelle Graves, Director of Programs of Girls, Inc. of Greater Atlanta. She and her team work with girls ages 6-18, creating programs that help them to learn the skills they need to achieve in school and life. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing how the lives of the girls change as they grow and mature into women who can be strong, smart, and bold. Michelle encourages girls to consider a career in youth development because young people need someone to help them move forward in life, and it is so rewarding to help them grow to achieve success. Her advice to girls is never to give up – always believe in yourself and know that you can succeed.
